It usually shows up in predictable places:
1️⃣ Payroll liabilities not tied out
2️⃣ Owner distributions mixed with expenses
3️⃣ Old balance sheet accounts never cleared
4️⃣ Inconsistent monthly reconciliations
5️⃣ Reports that aren’t reviewed regularly
Each one seems small.
Until tax season or a cash crunch exposes them.
Structure prevents accumulation.
